Go see a medical doctor and actually have and be diagnosed for ADHD. Or for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

I suggest you go into the appointment with a strong medical history because the regulatory agencies (like the DEA) are putting the pressure on the medical community to limit the number of prescriptions for this and other "speed" type medicines.

I'm 12 and I have focalin...same thing. I had to go to the doctor, get tested, go to a physcologist / physcyatrist every week for cousiling, change my diet, talk to my school couseler. It cost thousands of dollors, and hundreds of hours. Not fun, but If you need it is worth it. I have a feeling you don't have ADD, because If you did you would know this stuff.

p.s. If you are thinking of using Adderall for something bad...if doesn't work. It stimulates ADD people because they have different brains. It acts as a stimulant to us, and it acts like cocaine to others...not a good idea!

No, but going to your doctor is the best step. If he feels you should be on it after you ask him for this drug, then he will write you the script.
