Apart from being pregnant - another reason for being sick in the mornings is if you havent eaten much the night before the amount of acid in your stomach can start to build up and make you feel queasy until you eat something.

I know that happened to me for months before Hypothyroidism was diagnosed. Classically morning sickness is associated with pregnancy or hormonal influences. Gastro-esophageal reflux can also make you feel nauseous in the morning. Sometimes medications can do this like iron pills, or liver or kidney problems. If physically all is alright, a psychological interpretation might be your dread of going to work or school, or something you don't like to have to face again for another day. If you remember your dreams, there may also be a clue there to present or past trauma in your life that your body is trying to help you to reject? It might be helpful to try to make a list of possible causes and go through it to prove or disprove so you can systematically be a detective, usually medical help where necessary to rule out physical causes at first. Good luck.

I am not a doctor, but from personal experience I can name some possibilities, all of which you can discuss with your doctor. Pregnancy, hangover, not eating enough and severe anxiety. Best of luck to you.
