a guy gave you a sort of love letter revealing his feelings for you. Would you think it's fine and harmless or would you get irritated and scared ? Would you call the Police on the guy if he wrote that he wants to kiss and caress your legs and hold you in bed at night ? Remember, not all males are out to harm women. For any of you who are spineless ,jump to conclusions about people and generally mean to men.

If this isn't a guy you know well, it is strange to be that explicit. "I think you are attractive and I'd like to get to know you better," is nice. " I want to kiss and caress your legs," is just plain weird. Back in my waitress days I had a couple of customers who wrote or said things like that to me, and they all bordered on being stalkers. One guy ended up leaving dead flowers on my car in the middle of the night, one ended up writing strange political poetry every day for months and putting it in my mailbox, and one jumped into my car and refused to get out. I had to have a scary-looking pimp in the restaurant scare him out of the car! No, not everyone is dangerous, but the signs are that this one is creepy.

weLL, in this day and age, I would find it very scarry, and be alarmed. if the guy was a nice normal guy, he would know better than to put someone in a situation that would raise concern for ones saftey. maybe he is nice, but normal...i think not. i dont know that i would raise that much of a stink about it, but i would for sure let my superiors know, just in case there was an incident with him. you can never be too careful these days. there are some people that are not in touch with reality, and can hurt you, even if they seem nice. just remember, ted bundy was handsome and very nice.

Yeah it's creepy so I might call the police. It is not appropriate to give a letter like that to a stranger. Why don't guys get that?

If the guy was someone I did not know too well at all, I would find it disturbing. I would not call the police on him though. If it was someone I knew fairly well, I would respond to his letter.
