Okay umm i called this gurl today after i got her number yesterday... I asked her out to dinner and she said yes, then she said that she has to see if she can go too... but also she told me that she is going to be with her friends during the day... and she told me to call her tommrowo to find out if she can or not...

I think it means she is unsure but she does like you a bit by the sounds just tred lightly and go to somewhere for public lunch instead of dinner its less formal and see if you can start as friends first and see what happens from there

Don't call her when she's going to be with her friends. Don't call her at all, wait a week at most for a reply. If she doesn't reply, forget her.

Maybe she reads Yahoo answers and sees you keep turning to this board to ask every little detail. She probably thinks you're a total wuss. I know I do.

it doesnt have to mean that she is rejecting you...maybe she already made plans with her friends for all day, and she just wants to talk to her friends and see if they willl mind if she cancels plans with them...
