You probably couldn't help feeling insecure even though people try to tell you don't be. If she was his ex, that means things didn't go well between them and they realized they're better off being bestfriends. He has moved on.. to be with you. Try to believe that he loves you now, not anyone else. Don't try to break their friendship, he will think that you don't trust him, that you're being selfish and not understanding. You could try to make her your friend too. It might sound strange and hard to do, but if you could do it, your bf would appreciate you more, and you could be less insecure if you know her better.

It is true that you should, but don't do stupid things just to interrupt between your boyfriend and his friend, he will just think that is stupid act and will get annoyed by that, then he and her will just hide to a place so you won't interrupt their talk, and then you will have this huge fight with him. So be smart, just play it smooth, don't do anything until something happened.
