Depends on how long you needed to live off crotch crickets, I understand they are full of good protein and necessary fat along with fiber which the body needs to survive. Also, let us not forget water. Bugs are full of water.

I'll send over a friend of mine and he will perform a litle experiment. Don't worry he is in a wheelchair and can only use his upper body. I am sure that you can move faster than him. Although he is hell on wheels at basketball.Better yet go down to your local vet hall and take a poll in person.

they ain't bad if you dip them in butter with a little onion salt. Kinda crunchy with a nutty taste.
