I asked her out today on the phone and she said ill see if i can and i have to seen what my friends are doing and she told me to call her tommorow... what does that mean??

Her asking you to call her tomorrow is a great sign!
I think that "I'll see if I can" means she has to check with mom first. I think that "I have to see what my friends are doing" means her friends mean a lot to her and she enjoys doing things with them.
It's nothing to worry about. If you think that her not dropping everything in her life and putting you first might be a problem, it's because you haven't stopped to think about how unfair it is to think that way. As years pass, you'll be glad she has friends and gives you a little bit of time to yourself.

Doesn't nessecarly mean anything. A lot of girls (including me) like to put their friends first, because friends get really upset by that and good girls always believe in "Friends First" But if you are worried, then next time talk to her mates and see if you can tag along too.

It means call her tommorow. But it also means that she doesn't want to go out with you. My co-worker just told me this. She's used it before. Sorry guy.

It means she may have made plans with her friends before you asked her out. She was definitely nervous in speaking with you. Don't read too much into her reply. Make sure you call her tomorrow

Means she doesn't care about you.. or that she may be expecting a date from someone else
If she ALREADY had plans, that is one thing to break plans, but to "see" if she can do something with them before you is not caring by any means.
