This is a good question. Though I think that anyone that goes by the name of Darth . . .whatever would fail to see it. I'll give you an attempt though.
The Bible says that there will not be peace that we can achieve here and now. It's going to come from a man, who makes peace in the Middle East. He will make peace with Israel too. A seven year peace plan, that he will fail to keep half way through. After the next three and a half year period, Jesus will make peace after killing any who come to conquer Israel. After that there will be peace for 100 years, as Jesus rules on the Earth. There will not be any other religion during that time, the Earth will have proof of Him on Earth, perhaps daily.
I know how unrealistic that can sound, but you asked, and I gave.
So the answer is time.

Volition is the precise answer. Not enough Humans have volition.
Compassionate, Rational, Analytical, Disinterested, Unbiased, Objective, Creative, Logical, Imaginative, Common Sense type, thinking followed by ACTION reflective of that thinking.
