I get very little sleep thanks to the guy, he has no 9-5 job very much a home body orso it seems because an time I'm home I hear him hammering againest the building at least 4 times a day. How do youask someone to queit their sex acts or take it to they're partners place?
PS did Barbara Hershey have a son? They said she was in Beaches? I haven't watched it in years, but regarding this of this guys parents I 've never hear a neighbor "banging" around so much. midnight . 3 am 5 am I mean I wake up to this hammering (even with my ear plugs in), it's reaking havic with a normal sleeping pattern (ie sleeping at night).
What would you do? I live downstairs so It's near impossible to sound proof my popcorn ceiling...
despretily seeking silence...

I had the same problem, only I couldn't figure out which place it was coming from. Every Thursday, and Saturay and Sunday, 2am, one of my neighbors would start going at it. I swear it sounded like the woman was an injured animal, and when it first happened I nearly went out to see if that's what it was. It sounded as though my neighbors were deaf, (thus they couldn't hear themselves), and making whoopee on their balcony. It got to the point where it was just indecent and I couldn't even invite someon to stay over on those days, so I posted a note on the mailboxes that said that to those that have "a little too much fun" every Thursday, and on the weekends, it is keeping your neighbors awake, and is gross. P.S. try a ball gag. I've only heard them once since, and this was years ago.

You can ask him to keep it down by saying his activities are disturbing your sleep. My upper neighbors wear boots 24/7 and stomp and run around. My sleep has been broken for over a year. I sometimes think they must be riding ponies up there. They drop said boots on the floor in the bedroom at 2-3 a.m. I have never heard such a racket before. I spoke to them, but after a couple days they returned to their old habits. I'm moving.

Hi: You can try talking to them about the noise level at night. Don't mention the sex. Just ask them that you need your sleep and can't get any. If that does not work, you have two options, calling the police and filing a noise violation or moving out. If you call the police, it will just make bad waves and they could retaliate. Try talking to them politely over a cup of coffee or on a friendly basis.
