If I were to relocate to India, will I be entitled to the same benefits as an Indian born citizen, what will happen if I relocated to India but my husband chose to stay in America will I even be allowed to enter the that country.

India have a similar but more relaxed rule as United States, you can become indian citizen in 3 years if you are married with an indian "born" citizen. if you choose to stay in america you will be always welcome in India as long as you apply for visa - if you husband is an INDIAN BORN then, he can get OCI status (overseas citizens of India). once he gets that status. you can visit india with or without (for non-commercial reasons) --

it isn't possibel for yu both as she is on a studnet visa.regardless of if yu get married to her it takes time for yu to get yu artwork enable visa and passport which regularly takes 6 months to at least one three hundred and sixty 5 days.Yu can connect her after a era of one three hundred and sixty 5 days in basic terms.

Is this about citizenship or is this about your marriage? We need to figure this out before we go to whether or not you and/or your husband wishes to take advantage of duel citizenship.
