New Pantence Ice Shine?

Has any1 tried this? If so, how good does it work?

I tried it for the first time yesterday, My hair feels like it has something on it, like a product similar to mousse or spray. I never use any product on my hair and normally use Neutrogena shampoo which is a clarifying type.
My hair looks normal, and it is shiny, but I don't notice any major difference with this shampoo after one use.
