She was on a break from him and was going to break up with him that night or "very soon." She said she will let me know very soon whats going on. Now I saw her on tuesday and we only said a few things to eachother. We get a long really well flirt with eachother but I don't really know if she wants to go out with me or not. So should I talk to her by saturday night or sunday if she has not said anything to me, or not.Can anyone give me advice on this, if this B.S. or not. thanks.

Dude, you've revealed your cards, she's taking in the moment and sorting herself out. If she's keen you'll now, otherwise don't put your life on hold for her.
Office flirting is good fun, but can be taken the wrong way too. Maybe keep it at the flirting stage until you are both 'free' and keen, then you can enjoy some of those 'nasty' thoughts you were thinking about each other.
I'll tell you what, the longer you string this out for the more worthwhile the finally joining of the bodies is going to be (trust me on this).

give her time to work with her personal issues with her boyfriend. if you can be around less for the mean time, do so. this will also be in fairness to you. you would not want somebody you like to be using you "for the mean time". get back to her after a couple of days chat casually and see what happens. you catch more of the woman's attention when you play mysterious.

You could just say something like,
"Hey, I know that the last time I asked you out you were involved with your boyfriend. I don't want to get in the way of any relationships, but I just want to let you know that I'm interested. Let me know if you'd like me to take you out in the future."

I think you should leave it alone now. You let her know how you felt by asking her out. So she knows, but if she never talks about it again or answers you, she is not that interested or not at all. Leave it and see what time tells you.

Next time you ask her, have specfic plans - such as "On Saturday night would you like to go to dinner?" Then she has to give you a straight answer. You will know where she stands.
