Provided that you are lactose intolerant or low in lactase (the enzyme to break down diary product), otherwise why would milk be bad for you ?

Milk is not bad for you ,in fact it is very good for you.Rich in protein,good carb source,heavy in calcium and vitamin D and other nutrients.If calories are are concern than skim is the best way to go.
