Does it matter? As long as you heal... and feel grateful.

A lot of people pray, it's only the ones who have healed that say they've been touched by God. And what about the others who have prayed but have not been healed? Does that mean God is selective?

There is no testable way to distinguish between the two. Therefore, the question is essentially meaningless. If someone wishes to interpret it as their deity healing them, it's as valid as the mind-over-matter healing.

actually thats a damn good question

i could write a book on it but truthfully

why does it matter? pray to God, get healed

your mind of course is important, one person heals in the name of God, the next guy cant

God doesnt heal at all but He is the Source of all healing (and everything else)

The funny part is
the healer who thinks he himself is healing gets screwed up
the healer who thinks God is doing it stays refreshed and healed him/ herself

If you pray then it is God answering your prayer. You can't heal yourself. You can take a step in the right direction by asking God for help.

I think God designed your body to heal itself, so if you pray and you get healed, maybe it's not important how. Besides either way, God is involved.

That's what we call to believe in faith. You pray and you ask for something. You just wish something good to be happen. Nevertheless you have to make it real by yourself. Seek doctor and pray.

You wouldn't ask this question if your faith was truly strong? the question is what do you really believe? Not what does everybody else believe.
