I have a blue oval pill I found in my sons bedroom but I can't find anything on the internet to identify it. It looks like a blue xanax. It has the inscription G17 or GI7 on the front. Its blue on the outside and pink on the inside. Can anyone tell me what this is?

Don't worry! It's actually an over the counter pill called naproxen sodium 220mg made by Novopharm.

It is an NSAID or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It aleviates pain and inflammation. It is the generic form of the common drug, "Aleve"

XANAX is also called the "quad bar" because it looks like a bar with 4 sections to it. I think the person above who wrote that it is naproxen is right, I remember taking a naproxen that looked like that.
