You should have started several months ago. Just go ahead and start a sensible, healthy diet and exercise program and be ready to look great for the next big thing. Like Christmas parties. If you don't have attainable goals, you will never lose the weight.

The first 10 pounds is water weight. If you begin drinking more, your body will flush it and all that you have stored. Sounds crazy, but it works! 80+ oz. a day will help purge water weight. After that, it's whether you can lose another 10. I think the first 10 is managable. You can probably safely get 13, but I think 20 is pressing things. Keep in mind that as water weight, it will not be a permanent weight loss. As soon as you've started retaining water again, you'll be back where you are, so don't let it discourage you. It's about the illusion if 2 weeks is all you've got.

It's pretty close to impossible to lose 20 pounds of fat in 2 weeks. A pound of fat is about 5,000 calories, so you'd have to burn 7,000 calories more than you eat each day.
You could probably do it if you didn't drink anything because you'd lose water weight.

You would have to not eat at all and exercise constantly. You would basically have to make yourself very sick just to lose weight. Forget about the 20 and go for 5 instead.

Try a VLCD ... very low calorie diet... and drink plenty of water to reduce water weight.
But so much weight in so short a time, it's not very realistic & very likely you'll suffer a yo-yo effect. ;-(
A slow & steady weight loss program is more likely to help you stay loss & healthy too.

It is not healthy to lose that much in such a small amount of time. I think you should just be confident in the way you look and not care about how people will think about your appearance.
