Well, they are franchises, and not all operators are the same. I have need for rental equipment on a regular basis, both trailers and trucks, and the franchise I have at my disposal bends over backwards to make sure their customer's needs are met and that they are satisfied with the results.

1 - what does this have to do with trains?

2 - not very reliable. My uncle needed the largest truck, and for WEEKS they said they had it ready, but then he got there and they didnt have it, they only had the one two-sizes-down. He had to make 7 trips instead of the TWO he would need with the largest one. Now whenever we drive by a Uhaul place, we hiss and flick it off.
