i would like to get rid of the itunes7 upgrade and go back to the old itunes

The new iTunes 7.0 is full of problem. Better wait a couple of weeks for Apple to fix it. Then download the new version and reinstall. In order to install 6 after I removed 7, I had to manually delete all iTune files from my hard drive and all iTune entries in my regestry. Try the download below.

you can remove itunes 7 and search for a download of 6 using the search engine. Or you may have the disc from an ipod with 6 on it. it wont delete your music by removing it.
I'm not sure if you were to use system restore and roll back your computer, if that would do it. if you try you can always roll it forward again.
