There is no magic pill, diet or formula to lose weight. It takes hard work and detication to reach your goal. Based on my 13 years of bicycle racing experience, I would encourage you to eat a well balanced diet based on the 5 basic food groups. Also eat a lot of fruit, and raw veggies and salads for snacks, and stay away from the junk and fast food. When you do eat your meals it's very important to eat just one serving and don't heap up your plate. Most servings are between a 1/2 and 1/3 cup. If you choose to eat red meat only have a piece the size of a deck of playing cards. That's all one really needs. You also might want to check with your county extention office they will have a lot of helpfull literature for you and most of the time it's free. And don't forget to exercise. I've put in a couple of links that might help too ...Good Luck !

You need to eat more regularly. Space your meals out over the day. If you are eating one large meal for dinner your body is storing 1/2 of it as fat. The reason being your body doesn't need all that food right then so it stores it as fat. If you eat more smaller meals during the day your body will metabolize most of the food which in turn will raise your metabolism rate which will help you burn fat.
If you aren't excercising stay away from carbs and fat. Eat super lean. If you are excercising regularly you can intake some small carbs to help with energy.
I lost 50lbs in 6 weeks by just doing those 2 things alone. Good luck.

Avoid carbohydrates after 7pm. Eat salad & chicken or steak or something. Eat a bigger breakfast then smaller lunch even smaller dinner, with little snack for morning tea & afternoon tea. Stay active, join a gym, workout & sweat.. walk instead of driving...

incredibly, it is fit to consume a greater lunch, then consume a small dinner. because of the fact on the tip of the day (after dinner), you do no longer do something yet take a seat around. So, if there is not often something to burn, you will unfastened weight. And, once you sleep, you physique shops despite you haven't any longer used of power as fat. So, consume an greater lunch, and function a small dinner.

Start with a huge fresh salad(all kinds of veggies that you like) with low-fat dressing.
3oz. of Protien, cooked in a low-fat style with herbs & garlic for flavor.
All the green veggies you want..steamed.
If you really want to lose weight you will boost your metabolism by eating 3 meals & 2 or 3 snacks aday. It works I've gonefrom 186.lbs(size 20). to 139lbs(size 12). It was very hard for my personal Trainer to convince me of this but now I feel great & am looking decent.

1) if you don't eat breakfast and lunch, you're destroying your body.
2) If you give up and start eating, you'll put on more than you weighed when you started.
3) stop being stupid and eat responsibly. Seriously.

A nice healthy salad with your choice of veggies, some lean turkey on it or tuna. A cup of soup - broth based only - no creamy soups - too fattening.
