Reincarnation is true,
To all those dont believe and asking for the proof, ask ureself this question:
1. Who is typing the wording? izzit u? this piece of body+your soul?
Once u are dead the soul will come out of the body and Reincarnation...the more good deed u do, next life u will Reincarnation into a wealthy family, enjoying good health, happiness....the more u kill, next life u will being killed that's for sure. A life for a life....so don't kill any life form coz they are like us scare of death, take for example if u want to kill a group of ants, they sure run, just like human...i dont think u have u seen any fish/ animals who don't struggle, when death comes?
why still wants Reincarnation? are u sure when u Reincarnation and it is not a sure things u will become a human again .
u can become an animals, insects, fish ect....
unless u still want to reincarnation, u need to recite the word "Namo Amitabha", he is a king of buddha and he will fatch u to heaven after ur dead, and he promise this within ure 49 days(see below)
someone was asking :
if that is true then how come budda hasn't reappeared ?
Buddha did appear, and it at your home: YOUR PARENTS, they are the buddha, the love for their children is like Buddha showing great passion to bring u up, to feed u, to give u education and ect....if they are not, dont tell me ure neighbour/friends parents will give u all these need since young right?
**************************************************************
the human body is run by what we call the brain, even though it is still not widely accepted, the what makes the brain work is called the soul, and the soul is made up energy. This energy is not normal energy, it is concious energy. Now when we die this energy does not die it leaves, the soul wanders off and explores or gets reincarnated
**************************************************************
An addition to add, our body was form by 4 things: earth, water, fire, wind....Earth - your body, Water - Your blood/ semen, Fire - Body temperature, Wind - The Air u breath in/out....when body starts to die, these 4 things collapes one after another and the body is useless...the soul will wonder in the atmosphere for 49 days...in these 49 days what we say GHOST.
*********************************************************
Buddhism is a false religion. There is no such thing as Reincarnation. It simply does not happen and that is not the meaning of life. You are not reborn into something else like a cow, a dog or a tree or another person. That is simply rediculous and it is NOT what the true living God has in store for human beings.
************************************************************
If Buddhism is a false things then why its exist a few thousand years till now?...statues, books...are proof. if u say its a false things then so are all religion/teaching.
Buddhism is not a religion to me but a teaching... Buddha is a teacher who teaches mankind how to end suffering....no one wants old, sickness and death....but how to avoid is the question.
Then who is typing ? a Reincarnation body is the one who type, u indeed lucky to become human again, this is because u have done good deed in our previous life , but let me tell u, u wont be that lucky if u kill too much....coz a life for a life.
We Buddist believe that: what u did in your previous life is a result of what u are now, good deed/evil u done in this life will affect ure next life.
NAMO AMITABHA!

Because it lacks hard evidence. Any of us "know" it's true just as much as we "know" Heaven and Hell exist. The real, hard truth is we lack the quipment necessary to track the spiritual events post mortem.
You say "researchers" have claimed that it's real. But those "researchers" are hypnotists. I've heard of the findings regarding evidence of rencarnation. The problem with this evidence is that it's a mutual, strongly found belief among psychologists and law officers that hypnotism is an altered state of consciousness in which the patient becomes incredibly suggestible. The benefit of this is you can convince a hypnotized person to remember an event they may have blocked from their memory because of traumatic events, but it comes with a down side. That is the fact that hypnotized patients are so suggestible that it's possible for the hypnotist to implant false memories. Memories of past lives, for example. For this reason, which has been tested and found to be a solid theory, memories braught to surface by way of hypnotism is strongly debated and even thrown out all together in legal matters.
As for Buddhists explaining true life, consider this. Back before people in such countries were allowed to practice, or even introduced to alternative religions, it was very popular for political figureheads--kings and queens and other such rulers--to declare they were reincarnated from famous bandits and criminals from the past. In doing this, they received the romantic appeal of the rogue without suffering the consequences of commiting such crimes in the current lifetime. By choosing the right name to be reincarnated from, a boring, pampered brat of a princess could be viewed as dangerous and intriguing. Such appeal could win a person big in the political field.
As for pesents durring the same era, it was a very attractive thought to be reincarnated from past royalty or important holymen. This thought helped ease the burden of the fact that they lived in poverty and barely produced enough food to sustain their own family. Especially after hey were taxed. This is especially true to Japan, as their terrain is mountainous and unsuited for farming. In this case, most of the Buddhist teachings glorified consuming as little as possible as a measure to allow a greater percent of the population to survive.

Yeah, i substitute into raised Hindu and that i will see some pass-of-capability arguments for the two reincarnation and rebirth- yet I refused to settle for something as "actual" without evidence, whether it relatively is continuation of theory or an indestructible "soul."

I was going to ask a similar question about being able to choose to be reincarnated as the Easter Bunny. Can you choose your next incarnation?

How do you know this to be true? Reincarnation may or may not exist. If you take a person who has complete faith in their religion who is to say they are wrong.

Reincarnation is true? Really? Hmmmm. Very interesting statement. Exactly how has it been proven? Buddhism takes you from one plateau to another...and then another...and then another...arriving nowhere.
Why would I accept this? No thank you. I believe in the God of the bible, and His son.

I'm a Christian, my Mom was a Baptist Sunday School teacher. I Love the Lord. I pray unceasingly, as the Bible tells us to. Even so, my Mom brought me up to "think beyond the box", and reincarnation makes PERFECT SENSE to me! Why wouldn't it?
