Does Oracle HRMS functionally has enough depth to cater to the different business requirements of the customers?
Also is oracle tech stack stable enough even when it is tweaked for customer customizations?
Also does generally the services companies has enough human pool to understand the entire functionality of Oracle HRMS(which might be mammoth) so that they can implement the Oracle HRMS in a best possible way for the customers?

What is the best ERP system ?
Oracle
SAP
PeopleSoft (now part of Oracle)
Baan (now part of SSA)
JD Edwards (now part of Oracle)
Siebel (now part of Oracle)

All those system are very good systems.

The best ERP system is the one that covers the needs of the customer, with the lowest costs... There is no clear winner yet.
