Hi, I have lost close 30kgs myself in a period of approximately 2 years. I did stop losing weight at many stages, this is when you should shock your body. Increase your exercise a little, instead of doing 30 minutes maybe try 45 minutes. You can also decrease your food, such as takng out your morning or afternoon sncak (Note: you shudl be eating 5 small mealls not 3 large meals)
Another way to shock your body is to change your diet, ie if your on a low carb switch to low fat, and vice versa.
But most importantly hang in there, don't give up and your body will return to losing weight.

Exercising more will just deplete your body's energy reserves, causing you to tire more easily, thus consume more food to counter the effects, etc, etc, etc...

You can walk an hour each day. But doing any more and you'll just get burned out.

The trick is to moderate your exercise routines. You'll eventually lose the weight, but these days?

People want instant results. You can't get them.

I've been exercising for 3 years now. But my weight hasn't decreased towards my target goal because my bone structure has adapted to the extra weight of both fat and added muscle.

However, it doesn't mean I'm giving up. Things take time.

My trainer said 10 min hard aerobics and 15 min build muscles, then 5 to 10 ratio for over 60 minutes will really shake it up.

We did jump rope, treadmill incline 25 degree, actual stairs- side step up them- killer pain [my legs looked killer after}. run in place and stop do arms and then run agian do abs, so and so on.
