It means to mind your own business. Remember "There is bad in the best of us and there is good in the worst of us." It takes a lot of effort to deal with our own lives, so we need not try to deal with the lives of others. Again, let's mind our own business ---no matter how hard that may be to do.

" Look to your own lives" means:- Before you criticise others, make sure you yourself are not guilty of the same or greater faults/crimes etc.., (and also, make sure that YOUR behaviour is not the partial cause of your brothers' misdemeanour.)
Quoted as a saying of Jesus in Matthew's biography of Jesus in the Bible:-
"Do not judge lest you be judged. For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard or measure, it shall be measured to you.
And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?
Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' and behold, the log is in your own eye?
You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye; then you will see clearly enough to take the speck out of your brother's eye."

It really means "Profess what you Preach" i.e. Look at your own life and see what you do, before addressing others.

Probably, worry about yourselves. Or try to find relevance in your life to whatever's being discussed. Depends on the context.
