I have been single for almost 4 years and I feel so alone.

I do have some great friends but I feel left out cause most are taken, and one in peticualar is my ex. and I was over this person but have strong feelings again, and can't seem to shake them.

I do a lot on my own, I go dancing I play ball, but there are just somethings I would rather do with the company of another.
I guess it is just complicated.

Keep yourself surrounded by good friends. The right man will come along.
Puppies are great company when youre lonely.

It's a common theme here in Family & Relationships.
My advice is always to not focus on being alone and single but to find the things you like and enjoy them.
If you like painting, take painting classes.
If you like hiking, go hiking.
Follow your personal dream, have passion about what you do, be an expert in your area and the rest will fall in place. Others who enjoy the same will be around you and eventually you just might find a date. Waiting for a change doesn't work, do work that satisfies you.

Well, I have been single for about 3 yrs. now. I have gone out with other guys since then, and its really fun to be free. Although sometimes I do miss being in a exclusive relationship with one person. The key is to go out and have fun, dont let yourself feel lonely or dwell on the past. Meet different people and be yourself, and when you least expect it someone special will catch your eye trust me! But its up to you to make the effort to get out there.

You should know that you are the person people love and you kow things happen for a reason. there are plenty of peole that feel alone just like me but just keep your head up

well girl you have been single for 4 years and thats not alot cause i am 21 and i have been single for my whole life and i am still single and by the way i am short and ugly thats why i have been single and i am gonna be single for my whole life cause don't need anybody in my life cause people are fake and they just like to use you................

well this is how i figure it until the right guy comes along which he will eventually you watch movies with your fav actor in it and you can say wow he is hot and no one will get mad at you. like the Rock
