I guess it would depend on the guy and how much your relationship means to him. It's probably possible that he could be faithful, but also be aware that if he has cheated with other girlfriends in the past to not be really surprised if he cheats on you as well. That question does not have a simple answer... They say once a cheater - always a cheater... He may love you more that he did the other person, but measuring the amount of love he has for you will not determine whether or not he will cheat on you, thats for sure... he could change - all for the better - but some men cheat because they dont' get enough sexual attention from their girlfriend or they don't think the girlfriend is open to nontraditional sex, but my advise to you is this... Give him as much sexual attention as you possibly can. Make him aware that you are willing to try new and different things. Be sure to be a lady in the streets and a freak in the bed, because this is a well known fact... whatever you are not willing to do to please your man... another woman is. And if he is not satisfied... he will wander. If you sex him well and do it properly - he should be too fulfilled to want to look elsewhere.

To be honest... most sincere guys aren't going to cheat on someone they've been with for a long time, unless the relationship just gets too boring and too one sided. But I know the truth is, many guys are pricks. And us guys don't know jack about women. We may think we do, but we're fooling ourselves. Even after we learn something about women, we forget it two days later. Yet, the bitter truth is girls sometimes cheat on their man too. So its not just a guy thing. Some women hate to hear that, because they think that just because they wouldn't cheat on their man, all women wouldn't. Of course, I believe their probably more guys out there that cheat on their women, but who knows. All I know is sometimes us guys are a bit impulsive to say the least. Now I'm not trying to put us down or sell us out. Some of us are sincere and would never cheat on a woman. I never have. So that's that.

He will cheat on you because you are too immature to sustain a relationship. Also, unless you have a ring and a date, there is no commitment. Young guys are not going to make a commitment and they will "cheat" although it isn't because there is no commitment leading to marriage. Dating is for getting to know different people while searching for the old soul mate. And, if you were the one he was "cheating" with then what does that make you? Slow down and smell the flowers.

Without knowing the guy, it is hard to say.
Some men cheat in their younger years but as they get older and more mature, they realize the errors of their ways.
If a man loves attention and is self centered, he is likely to cheat again.
I don't think you can gauge whether he loves you more than his ex girlfriend. Being in a committed relationship means you don't cheat regardless of the level of love.
Call Cheaters and have them check him out.

I think it is possible that he loves you even more and wouldn't do it but it's hard to believe if he already did it once. There is still a huge chance he will cheat on you. You know what they say "once a cheater, always a cheater"
