I've even seen them 300 miles inland, is it the filet-o-fish or what?

They are all on a sea food diet. They see food and want to eat it. Seriously It may be because some of the employees leave some food out for them to eat. Where I live in north Texas seagulls would gather everyday at a certain parking lot. I saw carloads of people driving up and leaving food. Seagulls are smart.

The gulls find the McDonald's dumpsters easier to access than the dumpsters of other restaurants. Among gulls, McDonalds dumpsters are viewed as what humans would call sidewalk cafes.

Hold the pickles, hold the lettuce special orders don't upset us.
Maybe because they are not to picky about what they eat! :-)
You probably missed that just behind the fence next to the dumpster were the seagulls with extremely high cholesterol. Unable to fly wainting for someone to throw them a McNugget.
What would Ronald say?

easy pickings for food. Once a seagull finds easy food that is where they go and they are very hard to get rid of. They stay near the mcdonalds because easy food.

No Seagulls, Ravens here.

Flying takes an enormous amount of energy. Greasy food is pure fuel.

They're looking for employment!! No, seriously, it's because of the food...sea gulls go wherever the food is. Sometimes I'll give them a french fry or two, if I'm feeling generous.

Don't know. We don't have seagulls where I live, but I always saw photos of them around outside tables where people have olives or fruit in their cocktails.
