Trinity Broadcasting Network? Well, any religious network needs funds to thrive. Their financial audits are not available to me so I have no opinion on the wise, proper, or fraudulent use of money by them. However, I would say that if fraud, lack of concern for people, and the primary goal of profits makes a broadcast station belong to the devil, then I don't know of any other owner of broadcast stations. My guess is that Trinity Broadcasting Network is a work of man and not the devil directly, just like the most or all of the other networks available in the USA.

I only give to those organizations that are certified by the ECFA (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability). Those ministries/organizations that submit to the guidelines of the ECFA can be trusted. I always ask "why should I contribute?" for those that don't. The reason I shouldn't is they are not transparent with the finances, and that always causes me concern.
TBN is not a member of the ECFA, and therefore, don't get a dime from me. Indeed, there may be some good work going, but I cannot know if they are being responsible with the money being sent in. (There are numerous other issues, but I'll stick with the financial one, since that seems to be the gist of your question.)

The truth is that the Devil uses all entertainment such as television,Music, and Movies as a tool to reach his objective of corrupting people and turning them away from the true God! That is one reason why we as Christians need to be very selective as to what sort of entertainment we choose as in what we watch on tv or movies we watch and the Music we listen to all those things can if we are not careful brainwash us into doing wrong things as Christians and wrong behaviour for Christians! So yes there is loads of truth in that the Devil uses entertainment as a tool.just have a look at what the entertainment trends are today you can see it as plain as dayand it's not just on one station be it tv or radio, it's all of them!

There are always going to be teleevangelists who are after money. I don't believe the whole TBN network is only after money. I know there are some great evangelists who preach on there who are dedicated to God, and doing his work. I would just check out things they are preaching on and make sure what they say is coming from Gods word. Ask God for wisdom so you know which ones have his heart. There's always going to be false preachers and teachers.

I'm half and half about TBN. Some of the people (Jan, she does more harm for it than good, she annoys me greatly, some preachers) and programs are so off-base (in my opinion), but yet they have some really great stuff on it ----preachers, movies, documentaries, etc.

I don't know, but I don't send them money. Too rich for me, I see too many needs on the mission field and put my money directly there... Benny Hinn needs 7 million for his new jet?? Why doesn't he just fly first class on a commercial jet???
Try talking personally to missionaries on the field and see what their needs are..

I do not think that the station is. There are always bad influences but I think on the whole they intend to do right.
