At your local pharmacy. That is, if you have a prescription. There are many things out there that will help you. If your having insomnia issues, talk with your doctor. As far as OTC drugs, try Melatonin 3mg about 1 hour before bedtime or Valerian. Both can be purchased at GNC. Rozerem, is the newest sleep aid out there, but you will need a prescription for it. It is not addictive and a person doesn't build up tolerance to the drug over time. Lunesta, works great and can be used safely for up to 6 months.
Good luck and sleep tight!

The above are all good if you ae actually looking for prescription drugs online I am not sure I could post here but they are out there. Be familar with what you are taking and the possible addiction..
melatonin does work for a homepathy as your brain releases this under low light circumstances. If you have worse problems benedryll works but can leave you with a hung over feeling in teh morning.
Try an OTC sleeping pill they work fine. Remember to rotate between at least three different ones if taking everyday.
Sweet Dreams ;)

The active ingredient in Tylenol P.M. and many other over the counter sleep aids is actually diphenhydramine, which is benadryl. Rather than load your body up on acetaminophen or other ingredients you don't need, just take benadryl. 50 mg (2 tablets) is usually about right and you can buy the generic store brand, it's all the same. Take them about an hour before bed. Check with your doc first, of course, to make sure it would be okay for you and not interfere with any other meds you may be taking.
I would also suggest relaxation or sleep cd for awhile and only take the benadry as needed on a limited basis.

Melatonin is a non-prescription sleep aid. You can pick it up at a pharmacy. Try it the first time when you aren't working the next day as some people (not all) have medicine head after using it.

Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (in most over-the-counter sleep medicines and Benedryl, pick your price)
Triptophan (in milk and turkey, maybe at the health food store)
Melatonin (drug store & health food store)
If that fails try astral projection. It usually happens when you sleep, but when you do it on purpose, you tend to fall asleep.
Seriously, if that fails, try your doctor.

Go see your doctor before you just buy and buy OTC. Research and find the least-addicting. But really, go see your doctor and listen to what he/she tells you.
