Don't get overly concerned about your weight. Think more about being healthy and looking good.

Burn more calories than you eat. Take in about 2000 a day.

Cut your fat intake.

Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it).

Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning).

Do 20 min of weight training three times a week.

I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off for two more months doing this. I also took my body fat % from 30% to 14%

Be Blessed

I lost 74 pounds on Weight Watchers, and have kept if off for almost 30 years. It did take me almost a year to lose it, but it was the only diet that I didn't gain weight back as soon as I went off it.

I've lost almost 70 lbs over four years.I used the GI Diet and now watch my portions, more veggies and fruits and just a little meat. I try not to eat any processed food if I can, I cook almost all my meals.

I walk when I can, but I have a balance problem. Use weights for resistance exercises.

many ways to stay thin or fit..
Don't eat 2 late.
Don't eat to much at once.
Eat salads before eating dinner this curves your appetite
Eat slow and chew
drink plenty of water, generally 1/2 of your body weight but in fluid ounces
exercise daily
eat a decent diet but not to strict if you make it strict you won't stick to it.
good daily choices will help you out for as long as you make them... at first you think this will take forever.. but if you start now in 6-8 weeks you will be surprised how much better you look and feel,, people will notice

Lost 70 pounds. Learned to eat healthier. Learned what foods are wrong for me. What makes me gain. I eat a very balance healthy diet. I no longer like the sweets co workers share at work. I now longer feel I need to explain when people want me to eat and I do not want to. Your friends, family, and co workers are the worst co dependents when you want to loose weight. Learn to stand up against them and their heart felt offers of treats and food.

I ran almost everyday 3 miles a day for 3 months and lost about 20lbs. If you have a treadmill, try running on it for 30-40 minutes every day and watch what you consume (eat fruits/vegetables and less fatty food). Good luck!

I've lost 80 pounds. Took me about 9 months. I really changed my eating habits--no fast food, no chocolate bars etc and exercise at least 4 times a week.
