I recommend weight watchers. They have a point plan for teenagers and it really works. Nothing happens overnight....and besides, is 140 really a cause for a diet?? Also, cut out fast food and soda.

Drink a lot of water - run a lot... drink coffee...
Eat youghurt... stay away from sweets... Drink herbal tea too!
