Maybe your parents are just paranoid and figures you need protecting- the question is...how old are you for them to be this concerned?

Hmm why do they feel this way? Did she do something to lose their trust because if she did maybe you should be asking a different question. But if you are serious about her you need to put your foot down and have a long talk with your parents about her. I'm sure they love you enough to let you be happy and make your own mistakes (not that this is one). So confront your parents and be super sensitive with the topic around your girlfriend.

The four of you need to get together and have a little chat. Why do they say this about her, they must have some reason. Why do you not find out why they say this in the first place. I would let them know that you are old enough to know for yourself and that you care about her and that you know what she does and that they need to leave that alone.

you needed to know what makes your parent thinks that your gf is cheating on you. They must see/heard/know something before they make that claims.

Once you know the real reason why they think that, then you can counter the action. Post again when you know the reason, and we can try to gives you more answer.
