I was wondering if there were any way, without medical help such as surgery or prescription drugs, to reverse build-up that clogs the body's arteries. If yes, how? Is diet and exercise enough? I know they are good in preventing this but after its already started is there anyting one can do?

Yoga might help depending on the severity of condition. Even though yoga is mostly known in the west only for its healthy lifestyle practice it was used in india to treat lot of diseases. Modern research on yoga proves that it can help cure some conditions not possible by medicines. (not hiv or leukemia) Ayurvedic medicine could be a choice but good practitioners are almost extinct. I would still go to a doctor because this is a common condition now and can be controlled with timely care.

Diet and exercise are the first line of treatment. If you are already having problems in this area I would not mess around but go to your doctor and start on lipid lowering medication ASAP

One Tablet of low dose aspirin daily would also be advisable

Omega 3, fish oil and good diet and plenty of exercise, moderate not extreme should fix you up. Prayer and faith in the outcome you desire are the ultimate polish on everything.
