Well you should really change shampoo's and conditioner's every two weeks, so you don't get a build up. So whatever works best for your hair type.

I have used alot of high priced name brands. I am now using Suave Humetress in both shampoo and conditioner. It's great.

Best shampoo and conditioner I ever used and still use to this day is back to basics coconut mango smells so good and makes my hair soft and shiny..

all the drug store shampoo r same with a little difference i think if u have naturally beautiful and healthy hair u can use even suave or vo5 shampoo but if u have problem hair than nothing can change ur hairs permanently ..

Herbal Essences is ok, but the best I've used is either Davroe or Paul Mitchell, I think you can buy these at Price Attack or most salons. They are a bit pricey at about $20 a bottle though... but they make your hair really smooth, shiny & silky.

i think matrix biolage hydrating shampoo and conditioner is the best. I sell tons of it cause I believe it is great for all hair types and it smells great too.

i do not trust pantene...eeks!this thing causes hair fall!and herbal essence makes my hair so dry.charles wellington gets my vote!it is not that heavy on ur pocket like salon shampoos but it is also not as cheap as those available in the drugstore.but who cares.so long as it provides good stuff to my hair.there are many range to choose from so you don't hafta worry it won't suit your needs :)

'i believe Aussie shampoo&cond. is the best to use for your hair, because my hair is past my but and i have not yet found any split ends, every since i have been using Aussie my hair is like silk and it's very easy to manage now.
