I noticed that they are always together and one time when we were hangin out she grabed his balls in front of me.
On another ocasion I got to her place early and looked in her window before I knocked on the door. I saw them laying naked together cudling. This is so unusal for me I do not know what to do. They are blood related for crying out loud !! What the hell is going on. What should I do, I like her and I HATE him .... It realy burns me that he has the perfect excuse to spend the night with her.

This is a VERY STRANGE situation, I totally agree.
I think the best way to take care of this problem, is talk to her about it. If she cares for you as much as you care for her, she should be willing to talk about the situation. In my opinion, this is just wrong, but... I'd be curious to know why they're so close...
