Some breeds have a predisposition to lipoma (a fatty tumor which is relatively harmless). A vet will aspirate (stick in a needle and remove a bit of the liquid) then look at it under the microscope. But you HAVE to go to the vet to be sure.

If its an old dog probably Cancer you should take him into the vet my old dogs got them also nothing you can do...

your dog can't talk or it would tell you to take me (the dog) to the vet nowi need help and you just sit there and look at me.
