he broke up with me about 6 months ago .. and now he wants me back .. we have known each other for about 4 yrs .. and only went out for 2 and a half months .. he acted like he wanted to marry me cuz he proved some thing .. but im playing hard to get .. the way he broke up with me was harsh .. first he told me to leave him alone .. all because i called him a jackass and next he tells me he isnt a virgin .. and wen i asked him why he told me that he said "so you can have something to hate about me and live better" .. i was DEVESTATED .. and he even disappeared for a month .. and then i said "do you rlly want to throw 4 years away?" he said "yup" i was completely heart broken and threw his stuff away and wen he found out he was rlly mad .. wen he tried to meet me recently i said no .. and he told me i made him cry in front of his frend .. hes giving me mixed responses .. leading me to think that hes confused .. sometimes he just acts like everythings ok ././ and sometimes he doesn

I would not go back to him as long as you are having doubts. He broke up with you - let him prove that he is sincere and worthy before you take another step further. Forgiveness is fine, but trust has to be earned, and at this point I see no reason you should trust him and a few reasons why you shouldn't. If he has changed, let him prove it first. Don't set yourself up to be needlessly hurt if he's not sincere and committed.

he is confused. Go back to him if you want. keep your guard up so that you wont get hurt to badly if it doesn't work again. At least if it doesn't work you will not have to wonder later on in life "WHAT IF?"
