A person in the news paper was reported with this type of charge.Can anyone tell me what this means? and what is the average prison/jail time or sentencing for this type of charge.

I assume "burlary" means Burglary. I guess someone stole something and then took off in a car. They passed another car in a no passing zone and must have been drunk when they did it. Short prison term, long probation.

Got a felony(most likely), a misdemeanor, & a traffic infraction. Depends on the state & criminal history of the moron.

simple burglary (misdemeanor)
first degree driving while intoxicated
passing in a no passing zone vehicle violation
