I name mine after gods, since Sibes think they are gods anyway! One is Siva (SHEE-va), Hindu god of destruction. She was not the best-behaved dog when we first got her.

Our male Husky is Neptune, Roman god of the sea, because his eyes are as blue as the sea.

I have two Siberian huskies myself and I named the boy Ice (because of the blue eyes) and the girl Sage.

The 2 names we picked were Sherski (male) for mountains in Russia. The Siberian area if I remember correctly. And Sqeaksha for the female since she had a little squeaking sound when she was a new born puppy.

My female husky's name was Shadow. You could name the male after Balto, the lead dog of the sled team that saved Nome, Alaska from diptheria in the 1920's.
