You sound like a realist
You can think rationally, reasonably, and logically on your own.
I'm sorry that you even have to be exposed to these lives of delusion, but the fact is they exist just as we the human race exist.
You're right, we all need to get along. Atheism or Realism is the acceleration ramp to that highway. If we all believe in NULL and focus our free-thought minds toward science and technology, we can all respect each other for the good that we do for another and the caring of this earth. Instead of spending a whole lifetime preparing for an "afterlife" why not prepare our future generations for their life, and their future generations lives?
thanks for asking

I am a Christian - that means that I believe in Jesus Christ as the only begotten son of God, who came in the flesh as an infant, grew to be a man, taught what God had sent him to teach about being a true Christian and the way in which God would accept people into heaven, that he never sinned because he was God incarnate and perfect. Because humanity had the curse of sin upon them they had to have an atonement and Christ is that atonement, since he gave himself up to die on the cross and then was raised from the dead to ascend to the Father's right hand. His judgments are in the New Testament and those are what I live by. His guides for living the way He wants us to are found there and through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit which he promised to give us as we accepted him as the only means by which we could come to know the Father, then the truth of the scriptures are revealed and made known and I am able to learn and share in love and kindness about Jesus - because my faith in him is always about him and never about me.

Religions are hands pointing to the moon, and that i do now no longer could desire to % somebody finger to envision what they are all pointing at. you probably however have an prolonged adventure previous to you, as do I with any fulfillment, so i visit basically share with you the main substantial concept i've got have been given uncovered so a techniques, it is that God (or the Tao or Brahma or the cosmic expertise or the universe or maybe though) classes you by utilising utilising your instinct. Advancing on your religious adventure will incorporate following your gut strategies.

Oh, I think you are really exaggerating here. Christians don't hate Islam. Speaking for myself, I simply don't believe Allah is the God of the bible, and I do not believe Mohammed is anything other than a false prophet. Hate is much too strong a word...I simply don't give Islam any credence.

The Qur'an has inspired unbelievable hatred againt christian, jews, women and basicially anyone who is not muslim (infidels). I find it quite astounding to gauge the oppression and hatred that has been produced in the name of religion (including some terrorists) who kill in the name of Allah and make it their lifes aim to destroy America (who they call the Great Satan) and western culture. It seems that in society these days anyone can take a bit of criticism except most islamics!! Just look at the uproar over the prophet cartoons!! and I certianly didn't agree with the cartoons but other religions are mocked all the time (eg christianity and Christ) and the followers do not consider it necessary to go out and kill, maim, set things alight and carry on because someone dared to have an opinion.

I've read alot of answers on christianity and not very many even bring up Islam I think you are right in that we are not to judge. I believe you are talking about atheist or people who claim to be such and they bash christians, religions of all kind their eyes cannot see and their ears cannot hear the truth.
True Christians know better then what you are describing above.

I"m sorry you get so much hatred from Christians. That's not what our religion is about. As you know there are good and bad people in every race. I have not ever said anything about the Muslim religion since I know only what I see on TV. We are all brothers and sisters here and should strive to help and love one another! Peace be with you!

Wished you could get all that love to the Muslim terrorists that believe it's ok to kill all infidels ( anyone who is not a Muslim)..
You say Christians shelter so much hate against Allah? Your term. Christians don't agree with "false prophets" and Christ is above Allah.

I am sorry that people are bashing your faith, and please don't make false generalizations. I personally believe that christianity is the right thing, as does every other christian, we are not trying to bash you, we are trying to evangelise, and help you get into heaven, and i personaly believe, as do most christians that the only way to heaven is through christianity, now don't get offended, do what you will with your life. ( and your eternal life).
Christians care about you, that is why we want you to do the right thing.
Which is, again, christianity.
hope that helps
