I know about aerobic exercise, strength training, and diet. I took myself from 220 lbs and 30% body fat to 180 lbs and 14% body fat. I am looking for new ways to lose a little more body fat.

Good progress, but you are still missing out on the benefit of adding skeletal muscle.

Using your figures, your lean body weight went from 154 to 155 lbs. Mostly you have lost fat. Try adding more protein to your diet (1 g daily per pound of lean body mass) and working a bit harder on the weights.

well, it depends on what frame you are going for, you want bulky lift weight and do little cardio and eat plenty of protein and plenty amino acids, you want less body fat, do alot more cardio and less weight lifting.
