Contact your local or state dental association and and see if there are any dentists who provide care for disabled or special needs patients. You probably deal with some sort of social service agency already and they most likely have a referral list for you. You could also contact a local dental school and see if there is anyone on the faculty who can help, possibly in their own private practice rather than in the school setting. My heart goes out to you.
