i am 14 years old 5'0 foot (152cm) and 160 pounds (72.7kgs) on a sedentary lifestyle? and how much on a light activicty lifestyle?

Do an internet search on "calorie calculator" and it will take you to sites that take your weight, height, and activity level into account to give you a more accurate answer than anyone can here. How much body fat vs. muscle is really important too. Sedentary is ROUGHLY body weight x 12 or 13 = total calories burned without adding activity.

If you drink alot of water and do 30 minutes of aerobic exercises, you should be ok. the calorie count is a complicated matter. it depends if you're male or female, whether that 160 is mostly muscle or if you're overweight, how many calories you take in, etc. You need to exercise enough to burn about 200-250 calories as a general rule to stay in shape. If you want to lose weight, it's going to be alot more than that, and there's alot more than calorie burning you need to pay attention to.

BMR(MEN) = 66 + (13.7 x wt in kilos) + (5 x ht in cm) - (6.8 x age in years)

BMR(WOMEN) = 655 + (9.6 X wt in kg) + (1.8 X ht in cm) - (4.7 X age in years)

that's the BMR(basal metabolic rate) and below is the activity factor

Sedentary = BMR X 1.2 (little or no exercise, desk job)
Lightly active = BMR X 1.375 (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk)
Mod. active = BMR X 1.55 (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk)
Very active = BMR X 1.725 (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk)
Extr. Active = BMR X 1.9 (hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or
2 X day training, marathon, football camp,
contest, etc.)

note: may tend to over and under estimate
