well that would all depend on how i felt about him! if i only liked him as a friend and was not attracted to him in the love way then i would say ok i respect how you feel but i am sorry i don't feel the same about you! on the other hand if i was attracted to him or in love with him too then i would say hey that is great i feel like the same way about you! then we could go out on dates as couple and see where the relationship went from there!

I would punch him in the nose. lol. On the other hand, if a friend told me that she loved me it would depend on how I felt about the friend. One thing about being friends first is that you already have the ability to communicate. Sit down and talk it over. Best of luck.

i would feel very flattered if one of my guy friends told me that but i'm taken so i would say i love u but only as a friend. but that's just me. if ur single, i would try 2 go out on a date with him and c if something happens. who knows? maybe u might fall 4 him and it'll be more than a friendship. good luck!

well depends on how good of friends you are. do you really want to just be friends or take it further? if you feel the same way then go for it but if some point that you don't think it will work tell him don't hide it, it will make it worse. if later on you still want to be friends.

Ok i have been going through the exact same thing for the past year with a good friend of mine. i just act like everything is normal and that me and him are still just friends because i didn't have feelings besides friendly ones for him. so just didn't act awkward and things should just fall into place.

first i'd ask myself that do i love him.if the answer of my mind is yes then i'd tell yes 'n if the answer is no then i'll tell no but in such a way that it doesn't break our friendship in anyway.and behave so normally as friends earlier.
