IMO.. I think its a waste of money. I bought one and used it a few times but it hurt my back so bad. It wasnt very comfortable. So therefore no results for me.

I haven't met anyone who got really nice abs by using any of the products you see on TV. I also don't think any of the models they use in the ads got nice abs by using the product they are advertising.
I may be wrong, but I run in the fitness circles, and this is the impression I have.
