I had a contact exam and my prescription was -2.25. Is that better or worce then -2.75?

-2.25 is closer to normal vision than the more nearsighted correction of -2.75

The closer to 0.00 diopters of correction, the more normal the vision is.

Better. The higher the number the worse your eyesight. Mine are both -7.00 :( UGH! cannot wait until I get LASIK!!!
