That is a tough question since our current calendar isnt based on the same one that was used when the sabbath was established. However, I believe as long as you have a sabbath where one day is given to God and work isn't done it probably doesn't matter unless you are strictly orthodox.

Saturday, It has never changed. God says to keep all his Commandments. Keeping and worshiping on the Sabbath is one of those 10 Commandments. Please do not confuse this with "The Law" which was given by Mosses to the Israelites.

Saturday. But it got changed to Sunday for Christ's ressurrection. So people celebrate then. But some churches have Sat. night services as well as Sunday services.
