Since everyone seems to have a different answer, try reading the bible and actually praying. If God opens your eyes and changes your life then you will know he is real. If everything seems to stay the same in your life and theres no true change, then you can decide at that time if he isn't real. Have an open mind before you begin. Open a childrens bible if you have one available, since its easier to understand and uses modern words.

Of course God exists. Well one all powerful omnipotent God does exist. You can see it in all of his wonderful creation, just look in the mirror.

As surely as you exist, your Creator exists...and he has a purpose for the earth and mankind whom he gave the earth to. This is reality.

It is what you feel there is no proof either way. People say science proves that there is no god, but there has never been or going on right now any scientific proof denying god. So it just depends on what you feel and thats all.
