I see a lot of stupid answers to your very valid question here. I have heard of this site, but I agree that it does not hurt to remind people of it every once in awhile as there are always new posters here and they will also spread the word. News gets around very well by word-of-mouth. To the stupid answerers here: There are many ways people can know if an employer is hiring illegals. Many competitors in fields such as construction and landscaping are put out of business because they cannot compete with the employers who hire illegals - not hard for them to figure out that the undercutters are hiring illegals. Also, many people lose their jobs to illegals because they will work for less. And a lot of people work alongside illegals and know they are illegal, from talking with their co-workers who open up and tell them. And, it's pretty public when you see the illegals lined up in front of places like Home Depot and see the employers who drive up to hire them. Legal employees do not generally look for work in this way. I say, "Report them when you see them hiring illegals!" Deport ALL illegal immigrants! No Amnesty!

Tell me please, how would YOU know if someone hires an illegal employee or not, unless you work for either INS or IRS?
Just because someone speaks english very poorly if at all DOES NOT mean that they are illegal.
However what you ARE doing is giving bad publicity to the business and therefore they get less clientelle, therefore they pay less taxes. In addition EVEN IF they do hire illegals, then it means (you would know this if you had ANY sense in accounting) that their NET income is greater, which in turn INCREASES the ammount of taxes they pay.
This does NOT go to say that I am for illegals working when they're not supposed to. I'm merely remarking on this blatant intrusion of the right to privacy of the business owner.
This is nothing but DEFAMATION, LIBEL and SLANDER, because you CANNOT prove that some/all employees there are illegal. If it WAS in your power, you would have more authority, and would not resort to a silly website,

Have done so.......they got fired.......but they were back in town in less than a week.........luckily they didn't know who reported them lol.
