My all time fave breakfast is two fried eggs, over easy, placed on american cheese already on my plate so the cheese melts, Thick sliced pepper bacon, 2 strips, homemade biscuits to pile my eggs on when I eat them, and a slab of ham with red eye gravy (made with coffee instead of milk), and 2 or 3 cayenne peppers on the side.
Dont forget the vegetable juice and a little fresh fruit.

Try the Full English breakfast. Eggs, sausage and/or bacon, fried mushrooms, fried tomatoes (slices or halves), beans (optional), & toast or a fried slice (bread fied in the bacon drippings in the pan). YUMMM!!! And a great hangover cure! Use oilive oil and omit the meat and it's actually pretty good for you too!

Blueberry Streusel Muffins

Streusel Topping
1/4 cup all-purpose or whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons firm margarine

Muffins
1 cup milk (skim, fat free, lowfat, whole)
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
2 cups all-purpose or whole wheat flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh or canned (drained) blueberries

1 . Heat oven to 400°F. Grease bottoms only of 12 regular-size muffin cups, or line with paper baking cups. In medium bowl, mix 1/4 cup flour, the brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in margarine using pastry blender (or pulling 2 table knives through ingredients in opposite directions), until crumbly.
2 . In large bowl, beat milk, applesauce, oil, vanilla and egg until well blended. Stir in 2 cups flour, the granulated sugar, baking powder and salt all at once just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Gently stir in blueberries. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Sprinkle each with about 2 teaspoons streusel topping.
3 . Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan to cooling rack. Serve warm or cool.

I don't remember the name, or the recipe, but my step mom used to make a good breakfast using boiled eggs, separate the whites and yolks AFTER they are boiled and cooled, then add the chopped up egg whites to a white sauce, pour over buttered toast, and sprinkle crumbled boiled egg yolks over the top. It was really good :)

French toast with strawberries and blueberries. It's quick and easy. You can get the frozen toast for mornings on the go, or make in from scratch in about 10 minutes. Sprinkle it with confectioners sugar for that extra special touch.

I scramble eggs ahead of time. I use garlic and pepers in them.
then in the morning I toast an english muffin or a flour tortilla while they are toasting I heat the eggs with cheese in the micro wave and the place on muffin or tortilla. enjoy
