I have very long hair and this guy always touches my fingers or plays with my hair and also my side of my stomach! Is this a sign that he likes me or not?

if he is being touchy its probably because he wants to be near you and he cant get enought of you. Him playing with your hair is a good sign. If you havent held hands yet.. now is a good time, well.. if thats the direction you want to take this.. =]
